By now most of us know that you can become verified as an artist, curator, brand, label and more on Spotify, but what exactly is required to become verified on Spotify and how do you proceed to do so? We have outlined a step by step process to becoming verified on Spotify.

What You Need:
- You will need to first sign up with a new user account. You can create one here.
- You will need a Twitter account for the verification form.
- You will need your email that is associated with your account.
- You will need an artist discography page. This is automatically created when you distribute your music on the platform.

The Verification Form:
Once you have what is needed for verification, you can now fill out the Verification form through Spotify. You can find that here. Once open, follow the on-screen instructions.

There is no exact time frame you will hear back from Spotify. It can take up to 4 weeks according to their website. So be patient. If you don't hear back or have any issues you can contact their support team.
